  • How do I find styles?

    Use these tips to shop:

    Search by Select Your Size: When you absolutely must have it fast, our quick search Select Your Size feature on the gender landing pages is the way to go. Enter the size you need.

    Search by Brand: Click the Brands link at the top of the homepage and you are halfway there. You can view all ShoeSteal.com brands, or you can narrow your search by women’s shoes, men’s shoes, kids’ shoes, or bags.

    Search by Name or Keyword: If you know the name of your shoe or a keyword, use the Search box at the top of the page.

    Search for Newly Added Styles: For the most recent steals, check the Just Added section for men, women and kids using the navigation feature on the left side of the screen. Check back often for the best selection of colors and sizes.

    Search by Broad Categories: Take some time to web browse on ShoeSteal.com. Click on a gender category in the menu on the top of your page, then use the categories on the left side navigation tool to choose a style. Now that’s a natural selection.

  • The color or size I need doesn’t show up in the drop-down menu. Can I place a back order?

    What you see is what you get. These shoes are such a steal of a deal, you’ve got to move fast. Unfortunately, we can’t offer back orders.

  • I need to know when a certain style, size or color is available. Can you contact me?

    We update our site to deliver new and newly-restocked items several times each day.

  • How do I get a catalog?

    We are strictly an online retailer and do not publish a catalog.

  • What is Euro sizing?

    Some of our brands are manufactured using European shoe sizing as opposed to U.S. sizing. Euro sizes will fit a bit differently and usually offer more give. You can easily find your conversion in the size drop-down box on each product page. You can also view a sizing conversion cheat sheet on our Fit Assistant page. Remember that Euro sized shoes usually fit a bit looser, especially in the heel.

  • How do I determine my size?

    Euro sizes? U.S. sizes? Length? Width? ShoeSteal.com provides size conversions from U.S. to Euro sizes for each shoe in the size drop-down box. Not sure what size you wear? We offer a free printable sizing chart for men, women and Kids on our Fit Assistant page.

Ordering and Payment
  • Do you charge sales tax on orders?

    ShoeSteal.com does not charge tax except on orders shipped to addresses in Missouri and Wisconsin.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB credit cards, as well as debit cards issued by United States banks.

    If you use a foreign-issued credit card and ship to a U.S. address, be aware that your order may be delayed since we contact your card’s issuing bank to verify account information. This process will affect order delivery time even if you choose expedited shipping.

    Sorry, but we cannot accept cash, checks or money orders. We cannot accept mail orders.

  • Is it safe to shop with my credit or debit card on ShoeSteal.com?

    A Card Verification Number is a 3 or 4 digit number that you will find in the signature area on the back of your credit card or on the front of your American Express card. We will always ask for your Card Verification Number when purchasing from our site to ensure that the true cardholder is placing the order.   • Why was my order cancelled?

    We randomly and routinely contact our customers to verify order information in an effort to maintain high security standards for the protection of our customers. If your order needed an audit review we may call to verify information. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.

  • Do you ship outside the U.S.?

    We ship only to U.S. addresses at this time.

Shipping Policy and Returns
  • How do I return my order(s)?

    You have 60 days from the date of purchase to complete a return. A return shipping label will arrive with your order. You can also print a return shipping label here.

    If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Re-package your order and place the return information inside the box. The return form is located at the bottom of the return shipping label. Click here for a printable version of the return shipping label.

    2. Write your order number, available in the My Account section of ShoeSteal.com, on the return shipping label. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Return shipping costs are the customerÕs responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. ShoeSteal.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.

    3. Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.

    Did you receive a gift from ShoeSteal.com and need to return it? Please follow the instructions above to return your order.

  • I want to make an exchange.

    With such low prices, we cannot guarantee that stock will be available at all times. For that reason, we do not make exchanges. If your order didn't quite fit, or if you just didn't like it, simply follow the return instructions above. You can always place a new order for the pair you want, subject to availability.

  • How much is shipping?

    ShoeSteal.com offers UPS Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $5, no matter what the shoe, on all orders within the continental U.S. We’ll ship each pair of shoes you buy beyond your first pair for only $1 more.

    We also offer 2nd Day shipping for $13.95 plus $3.00 for each additional pair and Next Day shipping for $23.95 plus $3.00 for each additional pair.

    UPS requires 2nd Day Air for all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. ShoeSteal.com will automatically upgrade orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii to 2nd Day Air at the standard shipping fee rates of $5 for the first pair plus $1 per each additional pair.

  • I need it fast! Do you offer expedited shipping?

    ShoeSteal.com offers UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for $13.95 plus $3.00 for each additional pair. Next Day shipping is $23.95 plus $3.00 for each additional pair.

  • How long will I have to wait for delivery?

    When your order is shipped, we will email the UPS tracking information to you.

  • What if I want to cancel my order?

    We ship fast. Once your order is in our system, it starts processing and we are unable to cancel it.

  • I made a return. How long will it take to process?

    Most returns are processed within 5 business days once we receive your item. Depending upon your card’s issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit or debit card statement. We’ll keep you informed with a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

  • Can I send shoes as a gift?

    To send a gift, add the item(s) to your cart and checkout. On the Order Summary page, click the “This is a gift” box. ShoeSteal.com will let you enter a message to the recipient, which will appear on the gift receipt along with your purchase.

  • Do you offer gift-wrapping services?

    No, we are unable to offer gift-wrapping for purchases.

  • Can I send an order to separate addresses?

    Sorry, but ShoeSteal.com cannot split orders for shipment to multiple addresses at this time.

  • How much room do I have for my personal gift message?

    You may write 100 characters or less.

  • Can I change my gift message after submitting my order?

    Sorry, once you submit your order, we are unable to edit your personal gift message.

  • What if it doesn’t fit?  Can a gift be returned or exchanged?

    With such low prices, we can’t always guarantee that the same item will be available; therefore, we cannot make exchanges. The lucky recipient can return the item to us and we will send them a ShoeSteal.com gift certificate code for the original purchase price of that item.

  • I received a gift.  How do I return or exchange it?

    Because our items sell out fast, we cannot guarantee that the same shoe will be available. For that reason, we do not make exchanges. Just follow the instructions under “How do I return my order(s)?” Gift returns are issued in the form of a ShoeSteal.com gift certificate code. We will email the code as soon as we receive the returned items.
